Who is Jiang Xueqin?

Jiang Xueqin (江学勤) is a Chinese-Canadian professor, writer, commentator, and
YouTuber (known for his channel "Predictive History").

He was born in Guangdong, China around 1976, holds a BA from Yale College in English Literature (not a PhD or professorship), and has Canadian citizenship.
